FAIL - Obstacles preventing successful CHANGE

F for Failure to take advantage. Management fails to take full advantage of the opportunities and benefits CHANGE provides.

A for Affect their job. Employees who are concerned about how CHANGE will affect their jobs and therefore, resist CHANGE.

I for Implementation uncertainty. Managers or supervisors are uncertain about how to implement CHANGE.

L for Legacy. Employees who don't believe in the CHANGE and don't want it to happen. They want to remain in their current comfort zone where the legacy system is.
